Bynder, a global provider of AI-powered enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM), has announced continued business and product momentum following the first half of 2026. The company attributes its growth to increasing enterprise demand for strategic DAM deployments that help organizations manage, govern, and activate digital content at scale while supporting AI-driven content operations.

The first-half performance was marked by customer expansion, increased adoption of AI capabilities, continued product innovation, and investment in global growth initiatives, reinforcing Bynder's position in the enterprise digital asset management market.

Customer Expansion Reflects Growing Enterprise DAM Adoption

Bynder reported a 46% year-over-year increase in customer expansion as existing customers broadened their use of the company's Digital Asset Management platform and adopted additional platform capabilities.

The company's Content Experiences Omnichannel solution also recorded 47% growth, highlighting increasing demand from enterprises seeking to distribute approved and optimized content from a centralized DAM platform across digital channels that drive customer engagement and conversions.

Bynder AI and Agentic AI Platform Drive Enterprise Adoption

AI adoption continued to gain momentum across the Bynder customer base, with more than 1,400 organizations now using Bynder AI capabilities.

The company also reported a threefold quarter-over-quarter increase in customer subscriptions to its Agentic AI Platform, as enterprises deploy multiple AI Agents to automate end-to-end content workflows while maintaining governance, permissions, and human oversight for enterprise content management.

“Bynder is deeply embedded in customer content workflows,” said Bob Hickey, Chief Executive Officer at Bynder. “The momentum of our Agentic platform, launched in July 2025, and the value it delivers to our customers, shows the importance of a system of record for creative content in an AI-powered world.”

Customer Success Highlights AI-Powered Content Operations

Bynder recognized customer achievements through the third annual Bynder Spotlight Awards, honoring 11 organizations across 10 categories, including the Agentic AI Innovation Award, AI Search Excellence Award, and Best Strategic DAM Deployment.

Among the recipients was Specsavers, which received the 2026 Agentic AI Innovation Award for its implementation of Bynder AI Agents. The retailer uses AI-powered automation to enrich metadata and improve accessibility across its content supply chain, reducing asset upload times by 50% while eliminating metadata errors.

The awards highlight how enterprises are using AI-enabled Digital Asset Management to improve operational efficiency and maximize return on investment through community-driven best practices.

Product Innovation Expands Enterprise AI Workflows

Product innovation remained a key priority during H1 2026 as Bynder continued advancing its open and composable platform strategy.

The company introduced new integrations alongside the Bynder Brand Compliance Agent and a new MCP Server to support AI-powered workflows across enterprise technology environments.

These enhancements are designed to help organizations connect content creation, governance, and distribution while providing both employees and AI systems with secure access to approved digital assets, metadata, and business rules for faster content activation.

Global Expansion Supports AI-First Product Development

To strengthen its product development capabilities, Bynder opened a new product and technology hub in Bangalore focused on software engineering, platform infrastructure, and developer experience.

The expansion increases the company's global technology footprint while supporting continued investment in AI-first innovations designed to help enterprises transform content operations into business growth.

Looking ahead, Bynder will bring together customers and partners at Bynder Connect 2026, scheduled for September 9–10 in Amsterdam. The event will focus on "The Power of the Community," featuring customer-led presentations, strategy sessions, and discussions on building AI-enabled content organizations.
