Guideline has announced the launch of its Ad Intelligence MCP Server, a new solution designed to provide secure access to the company's proprietary advertising intelligence through Model Context Protocol (MCP)-compatible AI applications. The launch enables eligible clients to retrieve ad spend, pricing, and market intelligence directly within AI environments such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and proprietary enterprise AI agents.
As organizations increasingly adopt conversational AI and agentic workflows, the new capability allows businesses to integrate trusted advertising data into their existing AI ecosystems while maintaining governance, security, and access controls.
The Ad Intelligence MCP Server enables authorized users to interact with Guideline's proprietary advertising datasets using natural language. Instead of manually exporting reports or building separate integrations for multiple AI platforms, customers can access subscription-based market intelligence directly within their preferred AI applications alongside approved internal business data.
"MCP brings Guideline's verified market intelligence directly into the AI workflows where critical decisions are now being made. Customers can use independent evidence to plan, negotiate and evaluate investments without being locked into a single model or interface. That is the future of enterprise intelligence: trusted data, available wherever the work happens," said Vincent Mifsud, Chief Executive Officer of Guideline.
Guideline's Ad Intelligence MCP Server is designed to support a wide range of advertising and media planning workflows across different industries.
Advertising agencies can compare category investments, pricing benchmarks, and share-of-voice metrics while developing client recommendations, campaign strategies, and pitches.
Brands can benchmark their advertising investments against category and subcategory competitors within the AI tools used by marketing, procurement, and finance teams.
Media owners can evaluate category demand and pricing benchmarks to prepare for client discussions and advertising negotiations.
Institutional investors can incorporate advertising spend signals into revenue analysis and research workflows to accelerate investment decision-making.
The solution is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that connects AI applications with external tools and enterprise data sources. By adopting the open protocol, Guideline enables customers to use AI environments that align with their governance, security, and operational requirements without being restricted to a single AI platform.
"MCP separates the intelligence from the interface," said Danny Bohannon, Chief Technology Officer of Guideline. "A client can use Guideline's AI Agent, an enterprise assistant or a proprietary agent while access remains governed by the same Guideline permissions. That gives customers practical choice today and a more adaptable architecture as models and workflows continue to evolve."
The Ad Intelligence MCP Server builds on Guideline's broader AI strategy and follows the launch of the company's Media Plan Management MCP Server in March 2026. Together with Guideline's native AI Agent, the company now offers customers multiple deployment options, allowing them to work directly within Guideline, integrate approved third-party AI assistants, or combine both approaches based on business needs.
The Guideline Ad Intelligence MCP Server is now available for eligible Guideline Ad Intelligence clients, with supported datasets, features, and AI agent configurations varying according to subscription plans and deployment environments.
The latest launch reinforces Guideline's focus on delivering secure, interoperable AI solutions that help advertising, media, and investment professionals access trusted market intelligence while streamlining decision-making across enterprise workflows.
