Hightouch, the leading Agentic Marketing Platform, today announced it has acquired Strata, an AI platform that connects marketing tools without code. The acquisition expands Hightouch's integration capabilities, giving marketing teams' AI agents more of the data they need to make decisions. Strata CEO Kelsey Mullaney joins Hightouch to help lead revenue programs and go-to-market strategy.
Strata was founded in 2024 by Kelsey Mullaney, Julian Mclain and Ilya Brin, who met as early employees at Iterable. With Strata, teams tell an AI agent what data to move and where, and Strata builds the connection and keeps it running as systems change. Mullaney, Strata's CEO, will join Hightouch to help lead revenue programs and go-to-market strategy.
Hightouch expects the acquisition to simplify onboarding and give customers more flexibility as their technology stacks evolve.
