Omilia has appointed Ryan Kam as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reinforcing the company's leadership team as it expands its global go-to-market strategy. The appointment comes as Omilia experiences growing enterprise demand for its Self-Learning Agentic CX platform and continues investing in marketing initiatives to support its commercial growth across global markets.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Ryan Kam will oversee Omilia's global marketing operations, including brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, analyst relations, and corporate communications. His leadership will focus on strengthening the company's market presence and supporting continued enterprise adoption of its AI-driven customer experience solutions.
Kam joins Omilia with more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience across leading enterprise technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Egnyte, where he led marketing initiatives for cloud content security and governance solutions.
Before Egnyte, Kam was CMO at LogicMonitor, contributing to the company's growth in infrastructure monitoring. He also led the rebranding of Five9 into a leading cloud contact center solutions provider. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Digital Officer at AppDynamics, helping establish a new software category before the company's acquisition by Cisco. Kam also held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, including Head of Digital Marketing, where he contributed to the development of Dreamforce.
"Enterprise marketing has spent years selling the promise of AI. Omilia's opportunity is different: we get to sell what's already proven, at a scale competitors haven't reached," says Ryan Kam. "That's a rare position for a marketing team to be in, and I'm looking forward to helping the market understand exactly what this platform can do."
Commenting on the appointment, Dimitris Vassos, CEO and Co-founder of Omilia, emphasized Kam's experience in building enterprise technology brands and driving category leadership.
"Ryan has built and scaled marketing organizations at some of the most recognized names in enterprise technology, and he knows how to turn real platform results into category leadership," says Dimitris Vassos, CEO and Co-founder at Omilia. "As Omilia enters its next growth phase, that combination of brand-building expertise and category-creation experience is exactly what we need."
The company said Kam's appointment supports its broader growth strategy as enterprise organizations increasingly invest in AI-powered customer experience technologies. With an expanded marketing organization, Omilia aims to strengthen brand awareness, accelerate demand generation, and reinforce its position within the enterprise AI and customer experience market.
