ServiceNow has appointed Simon Mouyal as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Bringing more than 25 years of enterprise marketing experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, Mouyal joins the company to lead its global marketing and communications organization as ServiceNow continues to expand its position in the AI-powered enterprise software market.
The appointment comes as demand for AI-driven business transformation continues to grow, with ServiceNow focusing on strengthening its market leadership through innovation, customer engagement, and enterprise adoption of its AI Platform.
In his new role, Simon Mouyal will oversee ServiceNow's worldwide marketing and communications organization. Reporting directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bill McDermott, he will also serve as a member of the company's executive leadership team.
Mouyal most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Armis, where he built category leadership and helped drive enterprise adoption through strategic product positioning, demand generation, and market expansion. His experience spans SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology marketing.

At CyberArk, he helped establish identity security as a strategic business priority, while at athenahealth he led marketing strategy for a large healthcare SaaS platform. Earlier leadership roles at Microsoft, Rackspace, and HP focused on digital transformation and business growth across Asia-Pacific and European markets.
His contributions to enterprise marketing have earned global recognition, including being named Corporate Marketer of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers and recognition as one of the world's 100 most innovative CMOs.
