Stensul has introduced Dynamic Content Assembly, a new suite of capabilities within its Governed Creation Platform designed to help enterprise marketing teams create personalized email campaigns at scale while maintaining governance and operational control. The solution enables organizations to integrate audience logic from activation platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce into campaign creation without requiring marketers to access customer-level personally identifiable information (PII).
As enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven personalization, the new capabilities aim to simplify campaign production by reducing manual effort, improving review workflows, and ensuring approved content is ready for activation across multiple email environments.
The new Dynamic Content Assembly suite connects personalization strategies directly to campaign production, allowing marketing teams to assemble content, audience logic, and code for multiple customer segments while maintaining governance throughout the workflow.
According to Stensul, enterprise marketing teams often struggle to scale personalized campaigns because every additional audience requires new versions, reviews, approvals, and activation processes. The new capabilities are designed to reduce this operational complexity without increasing production risk.
“Machine learning allowed digital advertising to target individuals at scale. AI now makes it possible to personalize the content of every email,” said Manlio Carrelli, CEO of Stensul. “But enterprise production and review processes were built for human-scale personalization. At machine scale, one bad match between audience, content, and code can put the wrong message in front of an entire audience. Stensul is closing that gap so enterprises can move toward individualized email without multiplying production work or risk.”
The Dynamic Content Assembly suite includes several capabilities designed to improve campaign governance and production efficiency.
Segment Sets enable marketing teams to reuse audience segmentation and personalization logic through configurable, reusable rule groups. Stacked PDFs consolidate every dynamic email variation into a single, segment-labeled proof, allowing marketing, legal, brand, and compliance teams to review all campaign versions in one place. Segment Management provides administrators with centralized control over audience segments across multiple libraries and markets while allowing campaign teams to work within approved governance structures.
Together, these capabilities are intended to help enterprises expand personalized marketing efforts while maintaining consistent approval workflows and reducing operational complexity.
Stensul has also extended its Governed Creation capabilities to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Adobe GenStudio. These platforms now join ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and WRITER, enabling marketers to create campaign content using approved templates, brand guidelines, structural requirements, and accessibility checks directly within their preferred AI tools.
By making these governance controls available through its MCP server, Stensul allows enterprise marketing teams to incorporate approved components, permissions, compliance requirements, and accessibility standards into AI-assisted content creation while maintaining human review and approval before production.
The latest release reflects Stensul's continued focus on helping enterprise organizations scale AI-powered marketing while preserving governance, compliance, and campaign quality throughout the content creation process.
