TripleLift, the Creative SSP powered by the TL Spark intelligence layer, has announced two major additions to its executive leadership team. Timothy Jasionowski joins the company as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), and Benjamin Felix has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). These strategic hires come as TripleLift continues to unify creative, curation, and performance metrics across the open web, retail media, and CTV to drive more measurable outcomes for its global partners.

Strengthening Product Innovation and Engineering

As the new CPTO, Timothy Jasionowski will oversee TripleLift's global product management, engineering, data science, and technology operations. With nearly thirty years of experience in scaling transactional ecosystems across programmatic advertising, telecommunications, and travel, Jasionowski is positioned to advance the company's technical infrastructure. His previous roles include leadership positions at Travelport, Magnite, and Ericsson, where he focused on building high-performance architectures.

"Throughout my career, I've been driven by those rare moments when an industry is on the verge of a fundamental realignment," said Jasionowski. "TripleLift's legacy is rooted in its foundational strength supporting traditional open web advertising models and its unique, industry-leading moat in impactful native advertising. This is a powerful inflection point: the infrastructure of CTV is being revolutionized, and AI is rapidly creating new frontiers of opportunity in the digital advertising ecosystem."

Scaling Go-to-Market Strategy and Brand Positioning

Benjamin Felix joins as CMO to lead TripleLift's go-to-market efforts and global brand positioning. His background includes significant experience in revenue and growth strategy, most recently serving as President at Decision Counsel and CMO at Stackline. At TripleLift, Felix will focus on increasing brand visibility and scaling the rollout of the company’s end-to-end platform and TL Spark intelligence layer, ensuring that the company’s storytelling aligns with its technical capabilities.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Timothy, who brings the experience to lead our product and technology organization through that next phase, and Benjamin, who brings leadership across go-to-market strategy and platform storytelling as we continue to scale," said Dave Helmreich, CEO at TripleLift. "Together, they strengthen our ability to move faster and deliver more connected, outcome-driven capabilities for our partners."

Accelerating the Move from Signal to Action

The appointments follow the recent launch of TL Spark, TripleLift’s coordinated intelligence layer designed to turn fragmented advertising workflows into business results. By investing in leadership across both product and marketing, the company is accelerating its ability to help advertisers and publishers navigate a complex digital landscape. The focus remains on orchestrating creative, supply, and measurement into a single, high-performance system that maximizes yield for publishers while ensuring high-quality user experiences.

With this expanded leadership bench, TripleLift is poised to capitalize on the rapid evolution of CTV and AI-driven advertising. The company aims to move partners faster from initial signals to actionable outcomes, reinforcing its position as a central player in the modernization of the open internet's advertising infrastructure.
